Recent improvements have added even more bangs, booms, and fire, as well as a new drum beat from The Grateful Dead’s Mickey Hart. While meandering down the strip, if you catch the sound of thousands of frogs who are suddenly silenced, look up and enjoy this long-running Vegas attraction. * Mirage Volcano closed for improvements January 10 – February 10, 2015.

    Bonanza–World’s Largest Gift Shop

Better prices and more selection makes this gift shop superior to the multiple of small gift shops you will find sandwiched between the resorts. To reach Bonanza, if you are not already staying near to the Stratosphere, we recommend taking one of the Strip buses and riding it to the Stratosphere.  From there you can walk south for 5 min to the corner of Sahara and the Blvd.
